CLI Commands

Run fl-repos --help for the installed version’s exact options. The commands below are the supported command tree; availability can depend on configured providers and local data.

Core analysis

`fl-repos score`	Calculate repository scores.
`fl-repos rescore`	Recalculate existing scores.

`fl-repos quality`	Inspect or calculate quality data.
`fl-repos flywheel`	Run flywheel improvement stages.

Data, graph, and ontology

`fl-repos fibo-enrich`	Enrich code facts with FIBO mappings.
`fl-repos ontology stats`	Show ontology statistics.
`fl-repos ontology load`	Load ontology material.
`fl-repos ontology map`	Map code to ontology concepts.

Configuration and safety

Fleet, reports, and delivery

Command	Purpose
`fl-repos fleet plan`	Preview repositories eligible for a fleet run.
`fl-repos fleet run`	Start a bounded local fleet run.
`fl-repos fleet emit`	Emit a fleet execution request.
`fl-repos fleet status`	Read fleet status.
`fl-repos fleet deploy-modal`	Deploy the fleet flow to Modal when configured.
`fl-repos pr auth`	Check pull-request delivery authorization.
`fl-repos pr status`	Inspect PR delivery state.
`fl-repos pr create`	Create a PR through the configured workflow.
`fl-repos report dd`	Produce a due-diligence report.
`fl-repos report dashboard`	Produce dashboard-oriented reporting output.

Tenant cloud commands

Local command families remain free and do not debit the hosted credit wallet. Only explicit fl-repos cloud ... commands use the tenant control plane, and the CLI sends every commercial request to fl-api rather than directly to a billing provider or worker.

`fl-repos cloud balance`	Show available, reserved, and expiring credits.
`fl-repos cloud estimate`	Request a read-only hosted-work estimate from fl-api.
`fl-repos cloud top-up`	Request a credit-pack checkout session from fl-api.
`fl-repos cloud run`	Estimate, confirm, and submit a credit-backed hosted job or report.
`fl-repos cloud job`	Inspect or resume polling an existing hosted job.
`fl-repos cloud report`	Inspect or resume polling an existing hosted report.
`fl-repos cloud publish`	Register metadata for a completed local run; artifact content stays local until upload is implemented.
`fl-repos cloud runs`	List tenant-scoped cloud runs.
`fl-repos cloud usage`	Show tenant usage data.

cloud run always requests a fresh estimate first. The supplied --max-credits must exactly match fl-api’s quoted maximum, the wallet must be able to cover it, and the CLI asks for confirmation before submission. --yes answers that prompt but does not bypass the estimate, affordability check, or exact maximum. Reuse --idempotency-key when retrying the same submission.

cloud run, cloud top-up, and cloud publish can change external state. Review the estimate, maximum-credit authorization, destination, and command-specific help before continuing.
